Tj's Dawg House uses only Chicago’s Vienna Beef. TJ's Dawg House is truly an amazing company! Not only bringing the taste, but doing it in the form of a "Pay it Forward" business!! At $3.00 for a 1/4lb'er dragged through the garden he becomes your personal chef...dragged through the garden meaning topped with yellow mustard, relish, chopped onions, quartered tomato slices, the notorious Mississippi sport pepper and a hearty sprinkle of celery salt all on top of a toasty Koffee Kup Roll. The sport pepper is the ingredient that sets the Chicago-style dog apart from other regional variations of this summer-time favorite.
